Rules, Restrictions and Reservation Policy:

Rates:

The rates shown are subject to change. Rates effective March 25, 2011. Rates reflect a Saturday-to-Saturday stay.

Services may vary due to seasonality and scheduled events. Rates do not include taxes, service charges, gratuities or incidental charges.

Reservation Policy:

A credit card is required for reservations. Reservations require 50% deposit due at the time of booking and will be applied to your credit card. The 50% balance due will be charged to your credit card 45 days prior to your date of arrival.

Check-In:

Check-in for Villas at Monteverdi is 2:00PM local time on the beginning date of your rental. Early check-in is not permitted unless arranged by the local Monteverdi Concierge.

Check-Out:

Check-out for Villas at Monteverdi is 10:00AM local time on the departure date of your rental. Prior to your check-out, a local manager will visit your Villa and present you with a receipt for charges incurred during your stay. Incurred charges will be billed to the credit card on file with Monteverdi. Guests are required to leave the Villa neat and orderly to avoid additional charges. If the housekeeping staff finds that the Villa has been left excessively dirty, you may be charged for additional cleaning time at a rate of 50.00€ per hour.

Cancellation Policy:

To avoid cancellation penalties, you must notify Reservations 90 days prior to date of arrival. If a cancellation occurs within 90 days and greater than 45 days of the date of arrival, the credit card on file will be charged 25% of the weekly rental rate. Any cancelations made inside 45 days prior to your arrival date result in a charge of the entire weekly rental. Cancelation charges up to 50% will be applied to a future rental if the rental is rebooked within 45 days of cancelation date and your new arrival date is within 12 months of the previous arrival date.

Smoking:

To ensure the highest quality of our Villa properties for our guests, Villa properties are non-smoking.

Damage to Villa Property:

Any damage to a Villa property or any contents therein by a guest, guest’s family or extended guests, must be reported immediately to its local management. The full cost of repair and replacement will be the personal responsibility and obligation of the paying guest. Failure to report any damage of Villa property to the management may result in additional penalties.

Pets:

To ensure the highest quality of our Villa properties for all guests, pets will not be permitted.

Travel Insurance:

Cancellation and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent. We highly advise you to consider purchasing Travel Insurance for your stay. Travel insurance will protect you from weather, health and other problems. It is up to the guest(s) to purchase this insurance. An option for Travel insurance is available on

Applicable Law:

These rules and restrictions and all disputes arising from it will be governed and bound by the laws of the State of Ohio.
