Piano Four Hands
Anastasia and Liubov Gromoglasova are two outstanding Russian sister pianists, who regularly appear at the Festival della Valle d’Itria, one of the most prestigious Italian music festivals.

Anastasia and Liubov Gromoglasova started to play 4 hands in their childhood and became a professional piano duo later, during the studying in the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory in professor’s Elena Sorokina (member of the famous “Golden Piano Duo of Russia”) class. Both sisters are graduated from the Moscow Conservatory with distinction and continued their musical education on the postgraduate course with professors Elena Kuznetsova (piano) and Elena Sorokina (piano duo). They won several international music competitions: N.Rubinshtein Chamber Music Competition and D.Shostakovich Chamber Music and Piano Duo Competition (Moscow), London International Music Competition, (Moscow), 1st International Piano Duo Competition (Vologda, Russia), International Music Competition “Don Vincenzo Vitti” (Italy) and others.
In the 2009 sisters had successfully performed the world premiere of the “Brilliant variations” by Mendelssohn – Mosheles for 2 pianos and orchestra in the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory and in 2010-2013 the Duo starred in the concert seasons at the Moscow Conservatory.
Anastasia and Liubov Gromoglasova have become well known for their captivating style and interpretive skills, as well as for their refined expressive charge. Since 2013 Piano duo actively collaborates with an International music festival of Valle d’Itria and Paolo Grassi Foundation (Martina Franca, Italy) with various programs.
Their repertoire includes works by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann, Chopin, Liszt, Brahms, Bizet, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev, Stravinsky, Shostakovich, Lutoslawski, Debussy, Ravel, Poulenc, Satie, Casella, Respighi, Bernstein.
