Fany Maselli returns to Castiglioncello to present the complete ensemble, with oboist Philippe Giorgi and pianist Kyoko Nojima, performing an enchanting and exciting concert program including music by Schumann, Glinka, Saint-Saëns and Poulenc.

Philippe Giorgi – oboe
Philippe Giorgi has been a member of the Paris Opera orchestra since 2008 where he holds the role of principal oboe. He began his music studies first in France, in Nice and Cannes, and then specialized in Saluzzo and Prague where he joined the class of Maurice Bourgue. He finished his studies at the Superior Conservatory of Music in Paris. In 1994 he was a finalist in the prestigious Tokyo international oboe competition. A particularly appreciated musician, he is regularly invited to perform in numerous chamber and symphonic ensembles, collaborating with great artists.

Fany Maselli – bassoon
After graduating from the Verdi Conservatory in Turin, Maselli continued her studies in Vienna with Milan Turkovic. She then studied with Gilbert Audin at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP) and with Klaus Thunemann at the Hanns Eisler Hochschule in Berlin. In September 2001, she entered the Karajan Akademie der Berliner Philharmoniker. Fany Maselli has been principal bassoon of the Orchestre de chambre de Paris since 2005 and collaborates with numerous orchestras. She teaches as an assistant professor of bassoon at the CNSMDP.

Kyoko Nojima – piano
Kyoko Nojima studied piano at Ferris University in Yokohama (Japan) and then at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris. She has regularly collaborated with prestigious orchestras under the baton of Pierre Boulez, Claudio Abbado, and Daniel Harding. She also works as a répétiteur and accompanist for major opera houses. She has performed as a soloist at the Teatro Real in Madrid, the Triphony Hall, the Suntory Hall and the Musashino Concert Hall in Tokyo. Her concert in duo with the baritone Vincent Le Texier was broadcast on the Japanese National Television channel NHK. Since 2000, Kyoko Nojima has been an accompanist for several classes at the CNSMDP and CNSMD de Lyon.
