Focus and flow

Qi gong classes

Tracing its origins to ancient China, qi gong combines gentle movement, breathing, stretching and meditation to channel and focus the flow of energy through the body.

Led by an instructor, you’ll follow a series of movements that focus mind, body and breath. Qi gong is a wonderful way to reduce stress, improve sleep and bring balance to your mood.
