Concert series: Martina Consonni

Born in Como in 1997, Martina Consonni is one of the most exciting young pianists of her generation, acclaimed for her expressive sensitivity and technical brilliance. A graduate of Sir András Schiff's Artist Diploma programme at the Barenboim-Said Akademie in Berlin, she has performed as both a soloist and chamber musician at the Berlin Philharmonie, Wigmore Hall, Teatro alla Scala and Royal Albert Hall. Her debut CD on Warner Classics has garnered five-star reviews from BBC Music Magazine.
