Sempre Sano, forever healthy, is an open symposium that explores longevity through movement, music, mediation, consultations and food. Listen in on talks, drop into daily classes, take a cooking class focused on brain-friendly techniques or discuss longevity with a leader in neuroscience one-on-one or in small groups.Itinerary
