Join us for a great tour to rural Tuscany and taste some of its extraordinary main products: extra virgin olive oil, organic pecorino cheese and red wines! This is the ideal tour for those who want to discover the best specialties of Val D’Orcia in one day. With your interests in mind, we will organize a customized culinary journey to the bounty of the Val d’Orcia. Examples include:

  • Visit an organic cheese farm where delicious pecorino, ricotta, and many other delicacies are made. See the entire Pecorino cheese making process, led by the farmer: the dairy with plenty of cheese wheels in production or aging as well as the sheep shed with its efficient milking facility
  • Visit a stone mill to see how the ancient grains of Val d’Orcia have been processed for centuries
  • Discover the spicy, intense, green Tuscan EVOO while learning how it is harvested and pressed
  • Visit of a family-run Orcia DOC winery with an excellent production of unique wines
