About

Take part in a cooking class alongside our culinary team and our Culinary Director Giancarla Bodoni.

Using the freshest ingredients from our vegetable garden and our local partners, you will learn to prepare classic Tuscan dishes like pici pasta, boar ragù, and other specialties belonging to the regional gastronomic heritage.

The experience is led by our Culinary Director, Giancarla Bodoni, who presides over all the culinary offerings at Monteverdi Tuscany, and has been a pioneer of the organic, slow-food movement. She and her team passionately source and fill Monteverdi’s kitchens with only the highest quality and freshest ingredients and will take you to an authentic discovery path of the farm to table philosophy. Located just below Castiglioncello’s piazza, the Culinary Academy has been infused into one of the village’s beautiful historic buildings that served as a school for nearly two centuries.
