Take part in a cooking class alongside Culinary Director Giancarla Bodoni. Located in the village’s former schoolhouse, our Culinary Academy classes extend a long legacy of learning.

Our team offers three cooking classes throughout the week:

  • Tuscan cooking –  Create a three-course meal– appetizer, handmade pasta and dessert– with ingredients sourced from the Monteverdi and Culinary Academy garden.
  • Cheese making – Discover the art of cheesemaking while learning how Sardinian-made pecorino made its way to Tuscany.
  • The fundamentals of pasta – learn the history of pasta through a deliciously immersive class that features a variety of ingredients, doughs and sauces.

Each class includes the creation of a collaborative meal enjoyed with wine.
