Tuscan cooking class
Alongside Chef Giancarla and the culinary team, guests at the Culinary Academy will create a three-course meal, including an appetizer, handmade pasta and dessert. With seasonal ingredients sourced from Monteverdi's gardens and local producers, guests will journey through Tuscan culinary history while learning to make authentic and beloved Tuscan classics with their own hands.
