Only a few minutes away by way of roads leading you through stunning landscapes you will reach an organic cheese farm, Caseificio Più, led by Giancarlo Piu. Visit the family farm and learn true artisanal methods of cheese making during a class that reveals the centuries-old traditions and secrets of the milk from their sheep. Enjoy a special lunch which will highlight award-winning local cheeses, cured meats and olive oil and wine.
