From flowers to honey: The sweetness of the land

This special tasting begins with a visit to our gardens. Luca, Monteverdi's longtime gardener, will guide you on a journey of colors and scents among the hundreds of flowering plant species found in the village, intertwined with the fascinating and essential role of bees and other pollinators.

Following this introduction, our Food & Beverage Connoisseur Simone will share a curated tasting of local honeys with a detailed sensory analysis, including simple food pairings to bring out the remarkable nuances in each honey.
