The Salumi tasting includes seven high-quality and locally sourced cured meats, and can be deepened by pairing with two distinctive drinking experiences:
Pairing with Cocktails
Intensity without excess. Seven aromatic cocktails in tasting size, crafted with fresh and homemade ingredients.
Pairing with Spirits
Elegance and contrast. A journey through the natural landscape of salumi’s origin with spirit notes of sea, fruit, wood, spices, and peat, highlighting the flavors of both with every sip.
